Establishments primarily engaged in the retail sale of newspapers,
magazines, and other periodicals. Home delivery of newspapers by
other than printers or publishers is classified in SIC 5963. 
Establishments engaged in delivering newspapers for subsequent home
delivery are classified in SIC 4212.
