Stop This Killer

The shiny green menace scientists found at Wappapello Lake on July 23 probably arrived in out-of-state firewood. Emerald ash borer, a non-native beetle, has destroyed more than 50 million Midwestern ash trees since the 1990s. Protect Missouri's ash trees. Don't move firewood. Call 866-716-9974 to report EAB sightings.

Kids' Fishing Days

Throughout the year the Missouri Department of Conservation and sponsoring organizations provide young anglers and their families with lots of opportunities to learn to fish and enjoy the sport.
