Washington, DC - The Alabama National Guard released the following information last week about active Guard units serving overseas. Third District citizens interested in writing these units should follow the instructions at the end of this listing.
IRAQ

4. 1993rd PSD – approx. 30 personnel Alabama bases: Montgomery (Hope Hull) CPT Charles Devinner Camp Buehring APO AE 09330
5. 1993rd PSD – approx. 30 personnel Alabama bases: Montgomery (Hope Hull) CW2 William Reynolds Camp Virginia APO AE 09327

ADDITIONAL NOTES: For security reasons, all mail and packages must be addressed to an individual by name instead of “To Any Service Member”. The names listed with the addresses above are commanders of the respective units. A short note can be included asking the commander to pass the cards/material/goods on to individual unit members. The commanders have been instructed to give special emphasis to those unit members who receive little or no mail and packages from home.
