Russian tariff rates may be obtained by contacting BISNIS with the Harmonized System Number or Schedule B Number for the product(s) in question. (The Harmonized or Schedule B number indicates the specific category to which your product/service belongs.) To determine a product's HS/Schedule B Number Online, visit the U.S. Census Bureau at http://www.census.gov/foreign-trade/schedules/b/. Alternately, you may call the U.S. Census Bureau at (301) 457-3047, -3484, or -3259, or you may send a fax request to (301) 457-1158.
