Industrial Request For Offers


The Bonneville Power Administration has issued a Request for Offers to contract for services to promote the development and implementation of conservation projects, which include but are not limited to energy audits, feasibility studies, plant assessments, conservation project identification and implementation, and measurement and verification. BPA will offer Master Agreements to successful offerors. Subsequently contractors may identify potential conservation opportunities and may submit proposals to BPA for possible funding of investigatory work.
