Federal Employees' Compensation Act
U.S. worker rehabilitation in international perspective

The rehabilitation system established for employees of the U.S. Federal Government who are injured on the job could serve as a good model for social programs. This article examines rehabilitation programs under the Federal Employees' Compensation Act as a means of evaluating incentive structures under the social welfare system.
