Take notice that on January 19, 2005, Dominion Transmission Inc. (DTI) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Third Revised Volume No. 1, Tenth Revised Sheet No. 1300, and Seventh Revised Sheet No. 1406, with an effective date of December 8, 2004. DTI states that the purpose of this filing is to comply with the letter order issued in Docket No. RP96-383-061 on January 7, 2005. Specifically, DTI states that, as accepted by the Commission in the letter order, the effective date for the proposed tariff sheets has been changed to December 8, 2004 from the proposed November 1, 2004. DTI notes that no other changes are being proposed. Any person desiring to protest this filing must file in accordance with Rule 211 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211). Protests to this filing will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding.
