Mary- You may have already done this, but I think I would start with finding
out what they are expecting or what would they like to get out of the
training. What are their needs for training? Is it more of a big picture, or
are they looking for specific skills associated with work? How will they use
what they learn from the training? What do they want to be able to do with
the information they walk out of the door with at the end of the day? Also,
How much EFF have they already had, if any? That might be a good starting
place.

EFF Trainer

not combined an audience like this before. It offers special benefits and
challenges. Your ideas and input will be appreciated. Mary
