ACTION: Notice of meeting. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: The California Coast Provincial Advisory Committee (PAC) will meet on December 3 and 4, 2003, in Eureka, California. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss issues relating to implementing the Northwest Forest Plan (NWFP). DATES: The meeting will be held from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on December 3, 2003, and from 8:30 a.m. to noon on December 4, 2003.
