The Fish and Wildlife Service office in Tucson in 2005 completed a programmatic consultation on the Bureau of Land Management's (BLM) statewide fire management program in Arizona, covering fire suppression, prescribed fire, wildland fire use, and other treatment projects and worked with the BLM to develop an implementation guide and reporting documents for the 2005 wildfire season.
