Take notice that on October 1, 2003, Guardian Pipeline, L.L.C. (Guardian) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Original Volume No. 1, Fourth Revised Sheet No. 5, proposed to become effective November 1, 2003. Guardian states that this filing is made in accordance with Section 32 (Transporter's Use Gas Adjustment) of the General Terms and Conditions in its FERC Gas Tariff, Original Volume No. 1.
