Take notice that on September 30, 2003, Iroquois Gas Transmission System, L.P. (Iroquois) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1, Twelfth Revised Sheet No. 4A, with an effective date of November 1, 2003. Iroquois states that pursuant to Part 154 of the Commission's regulations and Section 12.5 of the General Terms and Conditions of its tariff, it is filing Twelfth Revised Sheet No. 4A and [[Page 59600]] supporting work paper as part of its annual Transportation Cost Rate Adjustment filing to reflect changes in Account No. 858 costs for the twelve month period commencing November 1, 2003. Iroquois states that copies of its filing were served on all jurisdictional customers and interested state commissions.
