Radio Broadcasting Services; George West, TX

AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.

ACTION: Proposed rule.

SUMMARY: This document requests comments on a petition for rulemaking 
filed by Charles Crawford requesting the allotment of Channel 250A at 
George West, Texas. The coordinates for Channel 250A at George West are 
28-14-07 and 98-09-43. There is a site restriction 12 kilometers (7.4 
miles) southwest of the community. Since George West is located within 
320 kilometers of the U.S.-Mexican border, concurrence of the Mexican 
Government will be requested for the allotment of Channel 250A at 
George West.

DATES: Comments must be filed on or before May 27, 2003, and reply 
comments on or before June 10, 2003.

notice of proposed rulemaking, MB Docket No. 03-86, adopted April 2,
