AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.

ACTION: Proposed rule.

SUMMARY: This document requests comments on a Petition for Rule Making 
filed by George Kalman proposing the allotment of Channel 291A at 
Okeechobee, Florida, as the community's first FM commercial service. 
The coordinates for Channel 291A at Okeechobee, Florida, are 27-20-30 
NL and 80-54-08 WL. There is a site restriction 13 kilometers (8.1 
miles) northwest of the community.

DATES: Comments must be filed on or before May 27, 2003, and reply 
comments on or before June 10, 2003.

of Proposed Rule Making, MB Docket No. 03-89, adopted April 2, 2003,
