Florida; Amendment No. 2 to Notice of a Major Disaster 
Declaration

AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency, Emergency Preparedness and 
Response Directorate, Department of Homeland Security.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster declaration 
for the State of Florida (FEMA-1551-DR), dated September 16, 2004, and 
related determinations.

EFFECTIVE DATE: September 25, 2004.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice of a major disaster declaration 
for the State of Florida is hereby amended to include the following 
areas among those areas determined to have been adversely affected by 
the catastrophe declared a major disaster by the President in his 
declaration of September 16, 2004:

    Charlotte, Collier, Lee, Monroe, and Sarasota Counties for 
emergency protective measures (Category B) under the Public 
Assistance program.
    Jefferson County for Public Assistance [Categories C through 
G](already designated

for debris removal and emergency protective measures [Categories A 
and B] at 100 percent Federal funding of the total eligible costs 
for the first 72 hours.)
    Bay, Calhoun, Escambia, Franklin, Gadsden, Gulf, Holmes, 
Jackson, Leon, Liberty, Okaloosa, Santa Rosa, Wakulla, Walton, and 
Washington Counties for Public Assistance [Categories C through 
G](already designated for Individual Assistance and for debris 
removal and emergency protective measures [Categories A and B] at 
100 percent Federal funding of the total eligible costs for the 
first 72 hours.)

are to be used for reporting and drawing funds: 97.030, Community
