Precinct 2 

Precinct Two


Precinct Two covers a geographical area of approximately 747 square miles. The precinct is responsible for law enforcement in all unincorporated areas and five contract cities north of Interstate 90 to Snohomish County, west to the city of Lake Forest Park and the east to Snoqualmie Pass.

Precinct Two headquarters is co-located with the City of Kenmore contract police department, within walking distance of the Kenmore Park and Ride. The Precinct Two contract cities of Woodinville, Sammamish, and North Bend also provide facilities for their police services. The City of Skykomish also is served by Precinct Two deputies through a contract with KCSO.

Concealed Pistol Licenses

Precinct Two issues concealed pistol licenses and license renewals by appointment only during office hours of 9-11 a.m. and 1-4 p.m Monday through Friday. Note that CPL licenses can be renewed up to 90 days prior to the expiration date.

Fingerprinting

Fingerprint services are available at the cost of $10 for up to two cards. Fingerprints are taken via an electronic fingerprinting Live Scan machine.

Fingerprints can be taken by appointment only during office hours of 9-11 a.m. and 1-4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Filing Accident Reports

Washington State Accident Report forms are available outside the front door of the precinct. Forms should be completed by anyone involved in an accident that was not investigated by a deputy and that resulted in damages more than $700. This form should be fully completed and mailed to the Washington State Patrol at the address listed on the form.
