Authorizing Statutes & Rules
Regulations governing the practice of body piercing in Oregon are contained in Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) 690.500-690.570 and 690.992.  Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR) for body piercing are contained in Chapter 331, Divisions 205-225.
 
Oregon Health Licensing Agency (OHLA) central agency statutes and rules related to procedural, administrative, licensing and regulatory compliance requirements for all OHLA-regulated professions are found in ORS 676.600-676.625 and 676.992 and OAR 331, Divisions 001-030.
