Digital Imaging Services

We are very excited about offering this service to our government customer agencies.

The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) knows records and we believe we can offer agencies a quality product at a competitive price.

We have long considered our move into E-services a natural transition. It was a logical extension to the existing microfilm lab the we have operated for many years. Furthermore, agencies have increasingly been asking us to offer production scanning and other related E-services.

Our proven history in the successful imaging od documents can now be expanded inot the digital side of document conversion.

Our Digital Imaging Lab currently offers a wide range of products and services. We are able to scan in black & white, grayscale, color, and we can image both new and older documents; flat pages and/or bound volumes.

The following are examples of formats we are currently able to digitize:

  1. Bound volumes using a book scanner
  2. Standard size paper
  3. Card size material
  4. Photos
  5. 35mm slides

Our Digital Imaging Lab is able to produce digitized records in the following formats:

  1. PDF (image), which allows you to distribute or print on demand
  2. Text, which allows you to open the file in Word or a text editor
  3. HTML file, allows you to upload the information directly on a website
