Brownfields Redevelopment Fund . . . activities ranging from site assessment to cleanup for properties where known or suspected environmental contamination is a barrier to redevelopment. more information

Community Development Block Grants . . . funding available to non-entitlement cities and counties for a variety of community facilities, public works projects, housing rehabilitation, services to microenterprise and other businesses where the proposed project will primarily benefit low- and moderate-income persons. more information

Competitive Community Assistance . . . downtown redevelopment planning; strategic, economic and community development plans; other planning for economic development activities.

Marine Navigation Improvement Fund . . . provides the matching funds needed for a project that has received funding from the US Army Corps of Engineers; projects that directly support or provides access to a federally authorized navigation improvement project. more information
