How to Transfer Records to Us

Please see the following for information regarding transfer and disposition of Federal records at the Rocky Mountain Federal Records Center.

• General Information about Records Transfer
  Records centers are authorized to store records of a Federal agency that are properly covered by a NARA-approved records disposition schedule or the General Records Schedule (GRS).

  Agencies can store records that are covered by a NARA-approved records disposition schedule or the General Records Schedule on a reimbursable basis.
