Resources Available in the Criminal Division -- Legislative Histories

Legislative Histories on Criminal statutes are compiled and maintained by the Main Library, Justice Management Division. Many Congressional materials are now available on the desktop via Thomas and other online services. Research requests should be made by calling (202) 514-3775. When requesting research of a specific legislative history, the United States Code cite and Public Law number must be provided. [updated December 2007]
