The State Revolving Fund (SRF) & Projects Section is responsible for management and oversight of water program activities carried out through financial assistance to States, Tribes, universities, non-profit organizations, and other government agencies. Financial assistance programs are managed in accordance with provisions of the Clean Water Act; Safe Drinking Water Act; and Appropriation Acts. The assistance programs include: State Revolving Loan Fund Programs for both Water and Wastewater, Special Appropriation projects, Indian Set-Aside Programs, Colonias and U.S./Mexico Border Programs, and the Outreach Operator Training Program.
