MMRF - Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation

Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation

The mission of the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation (MMRF) is to fund myeloma research for the development of treatment options with the purpose of accelerating the search for a cure for multiple myeloma.

Founded in 1998, MMRF funds multiple myeloma research, seeks to build partnerships within the multiple myeloma and blood cancer communities, and provides multiple myeloma specific education for patients as well as accredited continuing medical education programs for clinicians.

Partnership Activities

MMRF is working to provide education and outreach programs for patients and health care providers through the Nationwide Patient and Provider Education and Outreach Program. These efforts aim to increase the awareness of treatment options and available clinical trials for health care providers, improving the effectiveness of multiple myeloma patient education materials, and increasing awareness of the resources that are available to the multiple myeloma community.
