Collective bargaining in 1990: search for solutions continues

Finding solutions to industrial relations problems continued to challenge employers and unions as their interests collided in areas such as health care, wages, pensions, and job and income security. This article recaps changes in wages and working conditions brought about through collective bargaining negotiations during 1990.
