The purpose of this directory is to connect patients with GIST to doctors around the world who are specializing in the treatment of this disease. The original list was created in response to a joint project by the Life Raft Group and CTOS, the Connective Tissue Oncology Society, to advise doctors of the creation of an international directory for Sarcoma/GIST specialists to be maintained on the Life Raft Group Website and as a resource in the Life Raft Group Office.
