The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) provides answers and updates on the investigation of a recent outbreak of E. coli O157:H7 infection caused by fresh spinach. FDA advises that people not eat any fresh spinach or salad blends containing fresh spinach that are consumed raw.
