Updated October 2, 2008. NIH is operating under a continuing resolution through March 6, 2009.

Until NIH receives its FY 2009 appropriation, institutes will issue noncompeting research grants at a lower level than that shown on the most recent Notice of Award, typically up to 90 percent of the previously committed level.
