The Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF)

The Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force's primary objective is to reduce illegal drug trafficking and associated violence by prosecuting the organizations that supply those drugs. The task force enforces criminal laws prohibiting criminal enterprises from purchasing or selling illegal drugs fairly and impartially, bringing justice to every level of organizations involved in the illegal drug trade. OCDETF works hard each hour of each day to keep America's streets drug free and safe.

Through cooperation with state, local, and federal law enforcement officials, the task force identifies, investigates, and prosecutes the most significant drug trafficking and money laundering organizations with ties to components of nationwide or international drug trafficking or money laundering. OCDETF disrupts and dismantles the operations of these organizations in order to reduce the availability of illegal drugs nationwide.
