The Sales and Service Training Center at Arundel Mills (SSTC) provides training in adult basic education, English as a Second Language (ESL), customer service, and sales. Courses are offered via open enrollment to the general public or are customized to suit the needs of business and organizations in the surrounding area. In addition to training, the SSTC (through its partnership with the Anne Arundel Workforce Development Corporation and Maryland Job Service) provides job-searching assistance to individuals seeking employment. The SSTC also provides tours and information sessions to groups such as high school students and others interested in careers in the sales and service industry.
