Success Stories
The Retail Skills Center at Jersey Gardens Mall is a unique human resource and skill development/certification center, which provides employees for the retail industry and other customer service sector occupations, and enables area citizens to succeed in the workplace. The Center recruits, trains, assesses, certifies, and places individuals in retail and other service sector careers. It is the result of a public/private collaborative focused on addressing the workforce needs of the region and is supported by an innovative partnership among the partners listed below.
