Groundwater Management in King County, Washington State

Ambient Groundwater Monitoring Results, 2001-2004
King County Groundwater Management Program

The Ambient Groundwater Monitoring Results provide water quality and water quantity data from 68 sites that King County monitored from 2001 to 2004. King County performed this monitoring effort to describe groundwater conditions for evaluation by various public programs such as public health, water supply planning, and salmon recovery prog2001-2004 Ambient Groundwater Monitoring Results Coverrams. The report covers the county's four Groundwater Management Areas which include East King County, Issaquah Creek Valley, Redmond Bear Creek Valley, and Vashon-Maury Island areas.

The report provides water quantity data measured as the depth to water, recorded if access to a well head was available. It also provides water quality data recorded from seven different sampling events, including primarily inorganic parameters with one sampling event focusing on selected organic parameters. The report provides a level of comparability across events but all sites were not necessarily sampled during all sampling events.

The 2001-2004 Ambient Groundwater Monitoring Results Report is offered in Adobe Acrobat Format. For help using Acrobat, please visit our Acrobat Help Page. The report is available in multiple sections for reduced network traffic and faster downloads.
