We maintain the New Zealand Food composition database (in partnership
with the Ministry of Health). The database contains a comprehensive
list of foods commonly eaten in New Zealand and the nutrients they
contain.
Information from the database is available in several forms depending
on the intended use.
Nutrition Information Panel database
- an online tool which aims to assist food manufacturers in preparing
nutrition information panels for their food products
