This meeting will be open to the public. Following a discussion between the senior management of the Department’s Bureau of Overseas Building Operations and panel members on design, operations and building maintenance, Director Ad Interim, for the Bureau of Overseas Building Operations, Richard J. Shinnick, will take questions and comments from the public. Entry to the State Department is controlled. Members of the public planning to attend this meeting must enter and exit using the 23rd Street entrance only. To obtain pre-clearance for entry, those interested in attending must provide by June 19 their name, professional affiliation, date of birth, citizenship, and a valid government-issued ID number (i.e., U.S. government ID, U.S. military ID, passport, or drivers license) by emailing: iapr@state.gov.
