From the Sanford CBOC: 17-92 North for 9 miles.  The new clinic is located just north of Saxon Blvd. on the left on the corner of Maplehurst Ave.

From the south: 1-4 East to Exit 111-B (Orange City - Saxon Blvd.)
Travel west until Saxon Blvd ends at 17-92.  Turn right and then left onto Maplehurst Ave.

From the north: 1-4 West to Exit 111 (Orange City - Saxon Blvd.) 
Travel west until Saxon Blvd ends at 17-92.  Turn right and then left onto Maplehurst Ave.
