Calais Community Based Outpatient Clinic

Calais VA Clinic was originally opened in November 1992 using the Togus Mobile Health Clinic. The latest fixed clinic site opened in its current location in October 2005. The patient population has grown considerably over the years and we now serve over 1500 Downeast veterans.  Calais CBOC has a full complement of VA staff providing physical, mental health and administrative services.

Directions

Interstate 95 North.
Take Exit 182A to Interstate 395.
Take Exit 4 to Route 9 East or Exit 6A to 1A East.
In Holden, take 46 East to the junction of Route 9. Follow Route 9.
Take a right onto Route 1. Follow Route 1 to downtown Calais.
At the traffic light located at the intersection of Route 1 and Main Street, go straight.
Take your first left onto Union Street.
The clinic is the first building on the left.
