Pre-placement, periodic, special and termination physical examinations:

As required by BNL, DOE, OSHA, or other agencies. Some examinations include special certifications (e.g. fire, security, respirator, laser) and/or tests as required by BNL or other applicable policy.

Eligibility - Medical examinations provided by the Clinic are available to regular full-time and eligible part-time employees of Brookhaven Science Associated and the Brookhaven Group of the U.S. Department of Energy.

• Eligibility for examinations of other persons shall be determined on case-by-case basis by the manager of the Clinic.
• Evaluations of illnesses or accidents occurring on the laboratory site in performance of Laboratory business is extended to all persons.
• Non-employees requiring medical care may be treated or referred to off-site providers, depending upon the circumstances at the discretion of the Manager of the Clinic.
