Description
The Association for Prevention Teaching and Research (APTR) is the national association supporting health promotion and disease prevention educators and researchers. This organization is dedicated to advancing individual and community health promotion and disease prevention in the education of physicians and other health professionals. APTR's membership include teachers, researchers, practitioners, administrators, residents and students as well as preventive medicine and related departments in medical schools, schools and graduate programs in public health and preventive medicine, other health professions schools and various health agencies.
