About the North Carolina Career Resource Network

Renewing SOICC’s 30-year commitment to transforming career resources and services for North Carolina’s active and emerging workforce, the North Carolina Career Resource Network (CRN) is moving forward. As part of our transition, we've changed the look of our web site, too — to offer better visual appeal and greater ease of use.

You'll still find helpful career management resources for job seekers, career explorers, educators, and counseling professionals — and the information is better organized to improve navigation throughout the site. We've also added more content, including more videos.
