Question: Does the Women's Bureau offer/award grants and contracts?

Answer: For the past nine years, we have awarded grants under the Women in Apprenticeship and Nontraditional Occupations (WANTO) Act of 1992. When our budget permits, we may award research/program contracts in areas that are of great interest or in new subjects that have not been fully explored. The Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance lists most domestic program grants along with other helpful grant information.
