My fund company charges fees that are appropriate for their costs. They are proactive to prevent market timing. They do not need you IMPOSED fees.
Leave it to the US Government...answer to everything is FEES and TAXES, FEES and TAXES.
Whose GOOFY idea was this? Some career government worker who thanks God every morning for rules and regulations?
Its job security and the chance for advancement when you grow the bureaucracy, isnt it?
