Establishing eligibility does not guarantee loan approval. The veteran and the property must meet current ODVA underwriting guidelines. This eligibility is different and distinct from Federal VA eligibility.

Download the list of of participating Lenders and Mortgage Brokers. Veterans may also apply directly to ODVA. The list contains loan originators who are experienced in processing ODVA loan applications. Moreover, these folks have have expressed a willingness to assist veterans in the loan process.
