Fax or mail it to the Oregon Department of Veterans Affairs. Include a copy of the veteran’s military discharge DD Form 214. The DD 214 which shows the nature of discharge is needed. This is generally Member Copy 2, 4, or 6. Fax eligibility documents to (503) 373-2393 or mail them to:

Establishing eligibility does not guarantee loan approval. The veteran and the property must meet current ODVA underwriting guidelines. This eligibility is different and distinct from Federal VA eligibility.

Download the list of of participating Lenders and Mortgage Brokers. Veterans may also apply directly to ODVA. The list contains loan originators who are experienced in processing ODVA loan applications. Moreover, these folks have have expressed a willingness to assist veterans in the loan process.
