Description Of Services
SPRINGFIELD: These grants were given to organizations whose goal is to serve economically disadvantaged persons who primarily depend on employment in agricultural labor performed within the United States and Puerto Rico & who experience chronic unemployment or underemployment. Through training & other workforce development services, the program is intended to assist eligible migrants & seasonal farmworkers & their families to prepare for jobs likely to provide stable, year-round employment.
