Description Of Services
Connecticut created its own Center for Faith-Based and Community Initiatives, modeled after the federal Centers. Local WIBs each designated a liaison to the State office for the year. Connecticut provided outreach to stakeholders and policymakers, and FBCOs. Outreach activities included giving presentations to the Legislature's Public Employees Committee, hosting a statewide educational conference, utilizing media (print and broadcast), and holding regional meetings.
