NEW BRITAIN: Polish American Foundation of Connecticut, Inc.’s (PAF) project reduces the employability and retention barriers facing the limited English proficiency population by connecting them with the One Stop Delivery System. PAF provides joint outreach with the Opportunities Industrialization Center of New Britain and the Spanish Speaking Center, including providing each other with interpreters, sharing instructors, and specializing in specific training.
