BRIDGEPORT: The WorkPlace, Inc.’s Making It Real in Bridgeport project implements a strategy to create new partnerships with FBCOs that are providing social services. The Council of Churches of Greater Bridgeport, Inc., serves as an intermediary, providing assistance to potential FBCO partners. Using a competitive RFP process, the WorkPlace selected five FBCOs to provide outreach, recruitment-intensive case management, and extra support to project participants.
