The changing food-at-home budget: 1980 and 1992 compared

Consumers appear to have made changes to their diet between 1980 and 1992; many have replaced red meat with poultry and have reduced their consumption of eggs.   This article examines the food-at-home (groceries) budget over a 12-year time span.
