and Referral (I&R) Services support and enhance all Family
Center programs by expanding their resource base "beyond
the gate" of their respective installations. Crucial to this
function is the ongoing exchange of ideas and resources through
such media as the Internet, the Military I&R Newsletter, the
Alliance of I&R Services Conference, and the conference-related
Military Intensive Training Course.
