| Annual Performance Measures Lead poisoning is a significant environmental health problem, yet it is entirely preventable. The Lead Poisoning Prevention Programs were established to respond to concerns about lead and its effect on the health of Oregon's citizens. Oregon's Lead Poisoning Prevention Programs, within the Oregon Department of Human Services (DHS), Environmental Toxicology Section (ETS ) is funded through cooperative agreements with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). | |
