Keys to Good Oral Health

  1. Visit your dentist regularly.

  2. Brush your teeth using a fluoridated toothpaste.

  3. Floss between your teeth

  4. Drink fluroidated water or give fluoride supplements to children.

  5. Avoid tobacco products, including spit tobacco.

  6. Avoid frequent snacking of sweetened foods.
